Practitioner of Tricking (acrobatic martial arts) and passionate about the capacities of the body as well as the movement as a whole, I began to train myself in the field of sport through a license in STAPS.
Subsequently, my growing interest in well-being led me to train in massage, a significant extension to my practice of tricking and acrobatics.

My work is based on my knowledge and my passion for anatomy and body techniques through movement but also breathing, feeling, intention and listening.
Due to my curiosity and my constant desire to learn and understand, I constantly train myself to develop my knowledge of the functioning of the human body so
to deepen my practice of massages.

My approach

Emotions influence our body, which can physically manifest itself in muscle pain.

The intention in my approach is to provide you with a feeling of physical and mental well-being in order to rebalance your energies and to feel freer in your movements.

This time of reconnecting with yourself will provide you with many benefits such as the prevention and relief of muscle tension, to promote recovery following a sports session but also to re-energize and soothe the mind.

The massage session will also be a moment of relaxation and disconnection. In addition to your sports practice or simply looking for a relaxing break in your daily life, the massage will contribute to the general balance of your body whatever your age.
